The Lives of the Saints in this application have as their source the 12 volumes "Lives of the Saints" published between 1991 and 1998 at the Episcopiei Romanului și Hușilor Publishing House (the volumes devoted to the months of September-April) and then at the Episcopiei Romanului Publishing House (the volumes devoted to the months of May and August).
The text was brought to the current spelling and corrected with the Romanian language spellchecker to remove artifacts from scanning the original text on paper. Some sections may still require changes. Reading time was estimated using an average reading speed (from the LCD screen) of 180 words/minute.
The application was created with the blessing of the Athonite parents from Chilia Buna Vestire, Lacu Hermitage, Holy Mount Athos.
